Working as a consultant before joining a company allowed me to see hundreds of leaders and cultures in action. Becoming an Executive for one company allowed me to develop then execute our own strategies using my prior experiences. Now you can take advantage of those experiences and the lessons that I learned.

More than 35 years building and leading teams ranging from 10 to over 100, with team members spread throughout the U.S. Followed this with 12 years as a Senior Executive for a privately-held, multi-billion dollar manufacturing company with a workforce up to 3500 team members spread over several states.
As a Senior Executive led the building of a high performing, professional full service HR, Labor Relations, Safety and Benefits team and structure from the ground up.
